Exceptional
Liked: Incredible rooms and service! We had booked a different hotel for our big family but one of the rooms had an issue, so Epavli Grace was there to save the day. Once we saw their rooms we found ourselves fighting over who would get to stay there. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my 4 visits to Crete
Memorable staff, breakfast and room!
Liked: Extremely clean and spacious room! The private parking across the street was also a fantastic bonus at 15€ per day for guests, especially as a secure parking is really hard to find in the area. And of course, Mr Fluffy, the hotel’s resident outdoor cat, was an absolute highlight of our stay!

Liked: The hotel felt newly renovated, very clean and had modern facilities (such as a good smart TV in the room). Staff were friendly and welcoming. The parking was very useful (Parking Ermis). Easy walk to the Venetian Harbour. Free beach towels to borrow and return was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was great and served until 11am so we didn't feel rushed out. Wish we had stayed longer!
Disliked: No complaints. We had a balcony with our room but didn't really use it as it just looks onto other buildings, but this was not unexpected. I reached out in advance to find out more about the practicalities of the parking as this wasn't clear to me from the website or any booking information, but they were very responsive once I asked.

Liked: The location is a short walk to Chania old town and is in a great area. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming. Breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are sound proofed and the balcony is very big in the junior suite we stayed in. When we return to Chania this will be our hotel of choice.
