Very good
Good hotel in a perfect localization
Liked: The room looked renovated and it was clean and comfortable. Perfect location of the hotel - all the infrastructure you may need was close by, as the beach and the city center. Very nice staff.
Disliked: The hairdryer was not easy to use, also you could hear noises from other rooms or corridor. Yet, it was just a small inconvenience.
Liked: Very close to the beach, kind staff, clean, with a nice balcony.
Disliked: Everything was OK.
Liked: First of all, a word of appreciation for the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything,restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and just a 10-minute walk from the old town. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at. It’s also very close to the beach, just a few metres away.
Liked: Very clean rooms. Hotel is very close to the beach and at the walkable distance from the old town. Nice and friendly staff. We had late flight and we could check-in after midnight.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
Liked: Hotel is situated just next to Nea Chora beach and near Chania bus stop. The room was clean, there was a balcony with chairs and private bathroom. We could store the luggage in the hotel after check out
Disliked: Often there was no one at the reception so we took our luggage out without anyone noticing (it could be anyone) there was only one card to the room so we couldn't split up, a kettle in the room would be nice addition especially out of season.
Liked: Very clean, friendly and helpful staff Great location
