We really enjoyed our stay and it was made so much better by the welcome we received from everyone
Liked: Location was superb,practically on the beach and right next to the excellent swimming pool. Our apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day to a high standard and bedding was changed regularly.
Disliked: Only the weather!
Very enjoyable stay in a lovely location but attention to detail needs to improved
Liked: Great location with an excellent restaurant (staff and food superb), very convenient for the beach, bus into Chania (15mins journey), walk into Chania (55 mins) and easy walking distance to all the other restaurants in Kato Daratsos.
Disliked: Towels need updating, cleaning needs to improve (both our cutlery and crockery was dirty when we arrived!) AC needs servicing/updating and the kitchenette needs a toaster.
Lovely apartments in the perfect location

Friendly staff bathroom had no shower screen so water would go everywhere. Nice view from restraunt
Liked: We didn't have breakfast there. Location wasn't great! But plenty of cafes & restraunts. The beach wasn't clean so we didn't swim there.
Disliked: The beach wasn't clean
Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on a lovely beach and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Beautiful views of the sunset from our seaview facing room. The room was large and comfortable and kept beautifully clean every day. We have stayed here before and would stay here again.
Disliked: The kitchenette supplies are very basic- you need to buy your own washing up supplies.
Liked: An incredible location. Everything is within walking distance — shops, the beach, and local attractions. The bay is pristine, with soft, pleasant sand and incredibly clear water. Nearby, there is a headland and several small islands with an amazing variety of marine life. We were also lucky enough to experience the turtle hatching season. Local volunteers showed us the process and explained everything in detail. It was an incredible and truly unforgettable experience. The room was cleaned every day. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, tactful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.
