Exceptional
October half term in Chania
Liked: Great location in the old town. Close to everything. Spacious apartment. Comfy bed. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great communication. Daily pods for coffee machine which is always a bonus and water bottles placed in the fridge daily. We stayed in a room without a balcony.
Disliked: It could be noisy in the street below and apartments opposite at night when tryiing to sleep if the windows were open. Limited space if ypu ewanted to cook anything and lack of utensils to cook wirh. A coffee table and a couple of comfy chairs near the windows would be a good touch to add.
We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends

Excellent location and wonderful staff
Liked: The apartment was very clean, modern amenities and excellent location. Wonderful and helpful staff. It would be perfect for families!
Disliked: We were travelling with another couple and we booked the apartment because it was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. However, when we arrived we were surprised to see that two bedrooms upstairs were separated by an opaque glass sliding door. The master was very nice with windows opening up to balcony. The second bedroom had no windows at all. One bathroom was on the main floor and the second was on the upper floor. Not the best set up for privacy for two couples. Would be great for families!
Fab hotel with even better staff
Liked: The hotel was central to everything in the Old Town. The room was modern and clean. The hotel owners were amazing, so friendly and went out of their way to help us arrange airport transfers and taxis to/from the winery. They gave us stacks of recommendations of places to visit. Really just fantastic!
Disliked: Nothing really! All positives.
Excellent - Highly recommended
Liked: Great location. Breakfast is provided with vouchers for a local restaurant on the waterfront which is excellent. Rooms big and well furnished. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
