Wonderful stay
Liked: View, breakfast, friendly staff, location
Disliked: No lift, no kettle in room
Lovely traditional hotel in a perfect location
Liked: Lovely traditional building in a perfect location at the old harbour. Gorgeous views from roof terraces and our balcony. Very clean and comfortable. A warm welcome with complimentary wine. Staff were helpful. Good shower. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant for both breakfast and dinner with traditional home cooked style Greek food.
Disliked: Nothing really. We loved our stay and couldn't really fault it.
Good stay for a short break
Liked: The hotel was clean and smelled really nice. The lady at the reception desk was nice and welcoming. She was very helpful. Location was very close to all the restaurants and the wonderful view. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The stairs to the room and the noises from doors and footsteps on the wooden floors at night. Bathrooms need a bit of lift.
It was fantastic for a home base when exploring old town Chania

Great hotel with panoramic view of Chania Venetian harbour
Liked: Lovely spacious room with spa bath and separate shower, and balcony with view over the Venetian harbour. Great position in the old town. Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. They found us another room to use during the day after our initial booking as we had a late ferry back to Piraeus. Very good breakfast and they even gave us a packed breakfast when we were leaving on an early tour. We also ate in the excellent restaurant on 2 occasions. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Lots of stairs but expected for a 500 year old building.
Liked: Location was great and clean.
Disliked: No lift so if you’re staying on 3rd floor you have to carry luggage up. Parking was a huge issue it took up to an hour to find parking and often a 10 minute walk away, anywhere you stay in that area will have the same problem.
