Exceptional
A genuinely perfect stay in a quiet corner of Crete
Liked: Beautiful modern rooms, benefited from being a smaller hotel so it never felt loud or crowded. The staff were so unbelievably warm and kind and helpful. We felt really at home. Being moments from the beach was such a bonus and the pool side was quiet and relaxed. We saw some amazing wildlife too.
Disliked: Literally nothing, it was wonderful. We were so sad to leave.

Liked: Hotel spotlessly clean, small & not crowded. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Close to lots of beaches. Very comfortable beds.

Liked: Everything about Inea Sole is 5 stars! The facilities, location, aesthetic, service, breakfast… all of it! All of the staff were fantastic however special mentions are Andreas front of house, Katerina on morning service and Panos on afternoon service - they truly made our stay special 🌟 My friend has a nut allergy and the staff went above and beyond to ensure there were additional options for her and that staff on service were aware of her allergy- it was exceptional service.

A little gem where you can enjoy relaxing in a super tatsteful and clean environment with the most kind staff
Liked: What a warm welcome. Super friendly staff. Very clean and feels like a beautiful getaway.
Liked: The room was very beautiful, big, new, exactly like in the photos, very clean, we asked for an upper floor room and we got one, there is a mini bar and a safe, good toileteries, the pool was nice, comfortable sunbeds, the hotel has a luggage room. The hotel is close to 3 beautiful beaches with sunbeds and bars, our favourite one was Yannis beach with clear water, no waves, sandy, (3-5 min walk through the pine forest), the bus station to Chania was 1 minute walk from the hotel, bus station to Agia Marina, Platanias etc was 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Very close to the hotel there were 2 excellent tavernas and many others in the area, there was a mini market 1 minute from the hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast was a la carte, which we knew, but there were little choices and some of them of low quality and after 4-5 days you get bored, the whole breakfast seemed cheap, not a 4* breakfast. Also, we really didn't like how some of the staff treated us, there were also too many rules (not the common sense type, just stupid things which can ruin your vacation when you are relaxed and somebody starts lecturing you for no real reason).
