Fabulous
Liked: Close to beach and nice prom to harbour. The balcony.
Disliked: There is no reception. However we got information about our room and answers to our queries online. The kitchen facilities - cutlery / pans were limited. As we did not stay long we ate out rather than do our own cooking which is our normal practice to save money and keep to a diet. I am sure if we had asked for specific kitchen items they would have tried to accommodate us.
The location of the apartment was very good. Right next to the sea. The kitchen however was bad. Everything was mismatch
Great all around
Liked: The host was very kind and we had great communication. My messages were always answered very quickly, and the host's tavern just next to the apartments was great:) The apartment was very clean and the cleaning staff was kind. It also had a free parking
Liked: Perfect for a short stay. Beach and good tavernas close by.
Disliked: A good 15 - 20 minutes from the Old Venetian Port.
Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean. The cleaning service was every day, they provided fresh towels and cleaned the room. AC worked well very well, there was a spacious balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches, walking distance, it wasn't too far from the old town, the bus was almost in front of the building and it took 10 minutes to old town. Downstairs there was a restaurant and small supermarket a few meters away. Overall everything was perfect
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
SUPERB, OUTSTANDING, FABULOUS
Liked: Everything was superb, fabulous room with excellent & modern design, everything new, comfort bed, nice table and chairs set in the room and an additional one set (table with chairs) in the balcony, extremely clean and spacious, wonderful balcony, superb building and location, superb hosts helping us with everything. The entrance and reception and outside the room area wonderful. The property exceeds international standards of comfort & luxury, the hosts are highly professional and international but with the Cretan hospitality which no country has. We strongly recommend the property and we want to stay again there. Part of the family business is a beautiful Coffee Place for breakfast near the entrance of the property, a beautiful tavern /restaurant for lunch & diner. The property is 2 min from the beach an the bus. Thank you so much Kleri and Chris
Disliked: Everything exceeded much more our expectations, we liked everything, we should be charged more for this property
