Exceptional
Staff very accomodating, arranged early am taxi, wake-up call, etc
Liked: Every area of this hotel is sparkling clean. Bed is comfortable, assortment of pillows, lovely breakfast with expanded hours.
Disliked: Bit far from Old Town but within walking distance
I very nice hotel with helpful staff but lacked the facilities 'personally' expected
Liked: The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The location was far enough away from the Harbour but an easy walk.
Disliked: The room backed onto the pool and behind that a large Car Park. Sadly a lot of noise was heard from the Car Park & adjacent road well past midnight. The breakfast, I considered to be poor for the standard of the Hotel. The room itself was small & lacked storage ( I would have appreciated draw space to pack clothing)

Liked: I travelled for a conference, and the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the conference venue. The housekeeping was good, and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The staff at the reception was quite rude and unwelcoming. I was not aware of the climate tax and only came to know about it at the time of checkout. The rooms were also very small and, in my view, not worth the price. What disappointed me most was the behaviour of the reception staff. There was no warmth or basic courtesy when I asked questions. I was also repeatedly asked whether I was staying at the hotel, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. As a brown-skinned guest, this repeated questioning made me wonder whether I was being treated differently. Overall, I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the reception staff and the experience did not feel welcoming.

Liked: Location and hotel were perfect for accessing the old town. Staff went out of their way to be of service and lots of choice at breakfast
