Fabulous
Pity, but it wasn't what I expected
Liked: Clean room and clean bathroom, tho there was stale water on the shower floor..
Disliked: The advertised TV wasn't functioning because of a damaged cable which was "repaired". I was looking forward to watching a movie, but this wasn't possible. Nobody reacted to my message and during a phone call I was told they didn't know about the problem, nobody could help and they would send someone in the morning. So I spent the night enjoying my phone as suggested by the person on the phone. They never spoke about it again. No compensation, not even a cup of coffee. There were some broken tiles in bathroom, The floor had damage. Around 7 o'clock in the morning I woke up because the smoking spot was near the door and the smoke came inside. And there is a spot that was damaged by moisture in a corner of the room.
Liked: Comfy bed, very clean. They cleaned the room every day. Great value for money.
Disliked: Not much storage space in the toilet.
Liked: Ok location. Easy check in at 3am. Nice staff.
Disliked: No place in the room to leave your clothes. Room definitely needs some wardrobe... maybe some shelves om the walls too. Washbasin in the toilet would be better than in the room.
Great value, all you need for a stay at Strasbourg
Liked: Great value. Detailed check in info and responsive host, although they ONLY speak French. 3 minutes away from the tram stop that takes you to the center within 7 minutes. Convenient parking behind a barrier. Comfortable bed and sofa-bed. Has AC.
Disliked: There was construction work above our head 10am-4pm. The bathroom could do with some better ventilation

Ok but could be better
Liked: It’s well located, within 20 minutes walking you are in the center of Chania. The room was comfortable and there’s a coffee downstairs.
Disliked: The bed was not so comfortable. You can’t hang any clothing, and there’s not a lot of space to put your things. The door from the toilet did not work properly. The tv remote had no batteries and I wrote a message on booking, but they never answered. I had to go downstairs to ask, but 2 days after we had gotten there. There’s a lot of light in the morning so you need an eye mask. I would not stay here again
