Exceptional
Exceptional stay
Liked: The studio was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a great holiday. It is located just steps from the beach with everything on the doorstep, including a really nice bakery just around the corner and a supermarket very close by. Rania was excellent with lots of information about things to see and do in Chania as well as recommendations for restaurants nearby. She was very attentive and helpful and looked after us very well during our wonderful holiday. We will definitely return to Magia apartments thanks to Rania and staff.
Liked: Great staff communication, good location.
Disliked: Room had a weird smell, there was no hot water for a couple of days. Get’s really noisy in the mornings.
Liked: Good location. Good size space.
Disliked: Glass balcony with apartment next door is odd and feels like you are sitting out with your neighbours. Cleaning isn’t regular and not too clear how to ask them to clean. Would expect more for the cost.
We will stay again. It’s was perfect for us
Liked: Very clean, spacious studio and very close to the beach
Disliked: No issues
Liked: Christina was a lovely host. She gave easy instructions to access the apartment after arriving late for Heraklion port. The apartment with slight beach views was comfortable. The shower bigger than most European showers. It was serviced daily. The location sensational 30 metres from beach, lido, restaurants, shops and great bakeries. A 10 minute walk to old town, which we did many times during our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately nothing to do with the apartment but Neo Chora beach was closed just as we arrived that day due to sewerage issues. Therefore we could not use the beach, and the smell at some of the lido near fishing port was very strong, unbearable. We managed to sit at a lido for 10 Euro further away from smell to enjoy some sun but not go into the beach.
Thumbs up for Magia Apartments
Liked: Exceptional Apartments, great size room, very clean, lovely big balcony with fabulous view right at the beach.
Disliked: Have no complaints about the apartment they were immaculate, staff were lovely and really helpful.
