Exceptional
Disliked: Our experience with Mirabile Luxury Suites was nothing short of disgraceful. The property apparently operates with a check-in window of just ONE hour, between 3pm and 4pm. This is an incredibly restrictive arrangement in itself, but what makes it worse is that this information was not clearly communicated to us. The one-hour check-in restriction was only mentioned in small print within the booking confirmation email. It was never once highlighted in any of the messages exchanged with us through Booking.com. If this restriction was so important that arriving just ten minutes late would mean being denied access to the property, surely it should have been clearly communicated to guests beforehand? Particularly through the platform where the booking and communication were taking place. We arrived at 4:10pm and found ourselves completely unable to access the accommodation. We rang the bell repeatedly and attempted to call the property more than 20 times. Not a single call was answered. There were no backup access codes, no alternative check-in arrangements, no emergency contact who could actually be reached and absolutely no assistance whatsoever. We were essentially left stranded, having paid for accommodation that we could not access, and were forced to find and pay for somewhere else to stay. What followed was just as disappointing. Despite trying to resolve the situation, the property offered virtually no meaningful accountability. The I completely understand that accommodation providers can have check-in policies. However, imposing a one-hour check-in window without clearly communicating it, providing no backup access arrangements and making yourself completely unreachable is unacceptable. For a property advertising itself as luxury accommodation, the complete absence of basic hospitality, communication and customer care is embarrassing.
Definitely worth the money
Liked: Bed is super comfortable, location is perfect & staff is very friendly!
Disliked: The isolation isn’t that good. Yes you can hear the street but to be fair, it wasn’t that bad. We’ve been more bothered by hearing the neighbours. You can hear every laugh, every sneeze & also some private activities from your neighbours that you don’t really want to hear🙃 Our neighbours woke us up twice thanks to their “activities”… But it’s not really the hotels fault.

Liked: Very clean and smart looking. Good air conditioning. Very well located. Friendly receptionist.
Disliked: Despite very good double glazing, the noise from the road could be heard. Strangely, there isn’t anywhere to put a towel when you shower. Not a big deal but someone with movement impairment may struggle with having to put the towel outside the shower room on the floor.
