A pleasant stay in beautiful Chania, with especially helpful staff who went above and beyond
Liked: We stayed at Morfeas Hotel in Chania as a group of 12 during our trip around Greece, and we were very happy with our experience. What stood out most was the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, especially Amali. We accidentally left a few personal belongings at the hotel when we checked out, and Amali contacted us immediately and kindly helped arrange shipping so we could get our items back. This level of care and responsibility really meant a lot to us, especially when traveling with a group and managing a busy itinerary. We truly appreciated the assistance and the extra effort she made to help us. Excellent customer service like this makes a real difference and gives guests peace of mind. Thank you to Amali and the team at Morfeas Hotel for your kindness and support. We would happily recommend the hotel to other travelers visiting beautiful Chania!
Disliked: One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which can be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. However, we were aware of this in advance and prepared accordingly.
Liked: Great location, in the heart of the Old town and a short walk to the Old Venetian harbour. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent room, large and very clean, lovely balcony, comfortable bed.

Lovely spot in old town
Liked: The owners were incredibly friendly and caring. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. Plenty of little details made it great, including bottles of water on arrival. The air con was very good.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but nothing the owners can do about that. It's quite common in Chania.

Liked: Perfect location in the heart of Old Town surrounded by restaurants. Room had everything you need and was super clean. Everybody was super friendly and helpful.
