Fabulous
Liked: I enjoyed the location it was exactly where I wanted to be. Yes, it was a bit noisy but only to be expected given where it is.. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was daily room service, and I felt all of my wants and needs were well catered for. The bathroom could do with a little T.L.C. but again, it was spotlessly clean. Soft fluffy towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer ( not that I have much hair) There was a television, air-conditioning, iron, and ironing board, a safe and a fridge we complimentary water. Nearly forgot to mention the coffee machine. As a solo traveller, I thought this accommodation was extremely good value for money. As I am also a smoker, it was great to have the small balcony, which in turn was a great place to people watch.
Disliked: Not that in bothered me. But as I said above. The bathroom could do with a little T.L.C.
Perfect for short stay
Liked: Perfect location for a few days in Chania. Uniquely located above shops/bars.
Disliked: Can be loud at night given how close it is to main square

Lovely room, very good location
Liked: It’s a great location for exploring the old town, the room was really nice, very clean and the toiletries were very nice. Posh espresso machine and water in the fridge.
Disliked: Shower head fitting was loose, towel rail was also loose, and there was a crack in the sink. For ‘older people’ with a mobility issue the stairs were a challenge but we had help with bags. Also it wasn’t clear from the booking where to pick up the key for the room.

Liked: Clean. Housekeeping team amazing. Maid service everyday. Excellent.
Disliked: If you are a clubber - great! Loud noise from street up to 6.00am. Sleep smdeprived. Central location. Great for getting around but far. too noisy at night. Shower head did not fit the holder. No kettle. But the blurb had said there would be. Also up two long flights of stairs - not detailed in the info when booking.
