Exceptional
Liked: The hospitality of Alex and his family was exceptional - from my arrival till my departure. The apartment was pretty big and comfy. Location is perfect on the outskirts of Chania (just 20 mins by bus to the city centre) and 4 beaches nearby. Lots of taverns and restaurants, and 2 supermarkets in the neighbourhood.
Disliked: I was off season, but you need to book months ahead If you want to book during the season.
amazing family run apartments in a great location!
Liked: we were going to stay within chania but we're so glad that we decided to stay with alex and his family. they were friendly and definitely made the stay worth while! they are hard working and keep everything clean for us. we rented a car thinking we were going to jet around crete island but our location was so relaxing that we had many more pool days than expected!
Disliked: it was perfect for us, there was nothing we could criticise!
Liked: sehr schöne unterkunft, sehr nette gastgeber, tolle lage, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und der pool ist toll! wir waren als paar eine woche dort, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Liked: The pool was excellent for kids. The owners were very friendly and helpful and take care of the property.
Disliked: Poor water pressure, really hard to take a shower in some parts of the day.

Liked: Everything was absolutely perfect!!! We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back as soon as possible! The family who owns Potoula is so nice, lovely, helpful and attentive, we truly had the best time at Potoula Apts! We felt so welcome and at home! Thank you so so much for everything! We loved it! Disliked: Everything is perfect!
Comfortable stay close to the beach and easily accessible to the town
Liked: Spacious apartment with everything you need and close to the beach and buses to get into chania. Liked the balcony to sit outside. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Having the room allocated right on top of the pool when people are using it not so much privacy however we were rarely in the apartment and were out and about exploring.
