Exceptional
Great place
Liked: Convenient location, close to the old town.
Disliked: Parking is available close by, might be an issue to find a spot though
Liked: Exactly as was described.Nice and clean. Very helpful stuff. Great location close to everywhere.
it was okey
Liked: overall location is good, and the room was very clean and the lady was cleaning every day so thank for that a lot
Disliked: Curtains: Why is there only a single heavy curtain? There really should be two layers: a sheer/voile curtain for daytime light and privacy, and a heavy blackout curtain for night. Lack of Storage & Shelves: There is a complete lack of storage space in the room. There are no drawers—neither pull-out nor standard cabinet shelves—which is a huge waste of space. When guests arrive with luggage, they want to unpack their clothes onto proper shelves, but none exist. Even the main wardrobe only has a single hanging rod with zero shelf space. Bedside Tables: The nightstands on either side of the bed are essentially U-shaped pieces of wood. They don't have any drawers or enclosed compartments to store personal items. Lighting: The lighting in the room suffers from mismatched color temperatures (Kelvin ratings). One main ceiling fixture emits a harsh, cold white light reminiscent of a hospital hallway, while another bulb gives off a warmer daylight tone. Why mix different lighting temperatures in one space? The lighting throughout the room should be unified to a warm, cozy yellow or a consistent soft daylight tone. Bidet Spray: What is the point of installing a bidet attachment if it only supplies ice-cold water? Using a bidet with freezing cold water is extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom Sink: The sink drain was working very poorly. Water filled up the basin faster than the drain pipe could carry it away. Cutlery: Is it really that difficult or expensive to provide a knife and a fork alongside spoons? This is a tiny detail that costs practically nothing but makes a big difference for guests. TV Placement & Safety Hazard (Most Important): The placement of the TV is completely unthoughtful and unsafe. The room includes a single bed for a third guest, but the TV is mounted directly above where that guest sleeps. Regardless of how sturdy the mount may seem, safety rules dictate that a heavy TV should never hang directly over someone's head.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again
Liked: Lovely spacious apartment, ideally located for exploring Chania Old Town and Surrounding Areas. Cleaned everyday.
Great apartment near city center
Liked: Great spacious place to stay near center of Chania. For our short stay it was perfect, well equipped. We didn’t have a kitchen (we didn’t need it), but it has a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker which is great.
Disliked: All was good.
Liked: Location perfect to the town and old town
Disliked: It was a little noisey being on the main road
