Exceptional
Liked: The owner was very friendly and kind. On the weekend while our stay at the hotel it was very rainy, but despite if the weather the owner gave us the ride and told us the story about Crete. Very happy with our stay!! Highly recommend:)
A good place for 2 people. But room felt small for the price
Liked: Very good staff. Clean room and ice cold AC.
Disliked: Room is not as big as you feel it is by looking at the photos, feels a bit congested. A table to eat food was missing in the room.
Liked: Excellent value for money. Very, very, helpful staff. Clean; spacious rooms, balcony with drying rack. If you are going to use the public transport, ask staff how it works before you set off. I would also recommend getting a rental car - there is free parking at the hotel and getting out of Chania from the hotel is very easy. And I liked the shower setup.
Disliked: A safe in room would have been helpful.
Easy access to the airport
