Exceptional
Worth the effort
Liked: The owner met me and carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The suite was very modern and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: It’s a little hard to find and is located on a pedestrian street.

Liked: The property was in a great location, very central within the old town. The room was very clean.
Liked: Exceptional hospitality! From the room, which was equipped with everything we could possibly need, to the outstanding service provided by George, the owner, the hostess at the shop, and the breakfast staff — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful! And the location… you simply couldn’t ask for a better one! Right in the heart of everything, within walking distance of all the main attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay, with warm hospitality and an unbeatable location! We would definitely love to come back! 🥰
A peaceful, central, beautiful stay
Liked: I LOVED my stay at this property:) The room was absolutely huge and beautifully cleaned every day. The staff were all so friendly & easy to reach when I needed to contact. The property itself is lovely because there are only a few rooms, which I liked. My stay was very peaceful here, I couldn’t hear any noise around at night when sleeping. The breakfast was also wonderful at the cafe, and the location of the property was perfect for me. Yes there are no elevators only stairs, but this is Greece! Overall if I was to return to Chania I would stay here again without hesitation!

Fabulous location and staff
Liked: The location is fabulous! Right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the man who served us every morning was fantastic. Loved the balcony too.
Disliked: There was a horrible musty smell when we first walked in and it seemed worse every time we came back to the room. The shower never fully dried out since it’s in the middle of the room so that didn’t help. The bed is just a thick piece of foam so not very comfortable and the pillows were very hard so not for everyone. The safe is half the size of a normal safe and not attached the anything so you could just pick it up therefore no real place to keep your valuables. Also the air conditioner was always the same temperature no matter what you did and it was usually way too warm in the room.

Liked: Everything was amazing! The host was so kind and attentive, breakfast was absolutely delicious, location was perfect for getting everything in the town! Room was clean and had a cute balcony overlooking everything
Disliked: Nothing! It was perfect!
