  Liked: Hotel is spacious and very nice looking. Staff memebers in the reception are polite and helpful. Breakfast is great.

  Disliked: Restaurants are expensive and meal portions are laughable... That an insult to sell a 30 grams salad for 15-20 euros. Room lacks basic artifacts like glasses, plates and utensils. I did not like the fact that you dont really have any privacy while in shower or toilet.

  A nice hotel located in a beautiful area

  Liked: The view from the room. The beach area as you can go into the water right off the cliff The servers at the beach bar and cleaning staff

  Disliked: There was no mosquito net on the balcony’s door. We had to keep the doors closed at night as mosquito repellent provided by the hotel was not helpful at all.

  Our stay was very successful and relaxing

  Liked: The room was nice, however the bathtub was slippy, so we had to put towel to avoid falling. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. Very polite staff. Nice view on the sea. Very clean and nice vegetation.

  Disliked: What was a bit annoying is the absence of signs how to find important places, e.g. restaurants. So, we had to turn to reception for explanation how to find properly needed point.

  Nice hotel generally, but the room was disappointing

  Liked: The facilities by the book and the sea. And the food was amazing in the 3 restaurants on site.

  Disliked: We paid a significant amount for an apartment with a private pool- was pointless as tho patio area around the pool was 100% in the shade 24/7. Vert strange design as the shower and toilet were in the same cubicle!

  Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel

  Liked: Beautiful location in Elounda with lovely grounds. Generally the staff were all very helpful - reception, housekeeping, concierge. The breakfast choice was excellent.

  Disliked: Young lady at breakfast needs a bit more training (service with a smile!); seemed grumpy both mornings. Coffee was served at the table, but not tea (why? - get it yourself was the response). Bathrooms need updating (bath too small to have proper shower) and a small bedside stool next to the bed would have been useful.

  much needed rest

  Liked: WE had a beautiful room

  Disliked: We were very unlucky with the weather and it was torrential rain and storms for the one week that we were there. The breakfasts were not well orgnised - people had to queue for up to 20 minutes to get a table. Not enough tables for people around 9-10am and DEFINITLEY not enough staff to help with coffee's and laying tables etc,

No children under 16 years old can be accommodated.
