  Liked: Exceptional service from the entire staff! Stunning location with beautiful sea views, delicious breakfast, and a gorgeous pool with excellent poolside service. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even helping us make dinner reservations. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

  Liked: Exceptionally helpful staff, lovely views, comfortable room

  Disliked: The junior suites are classified the same when some are like the picture with a garden and large terrace and some are by the roadside but with a better view. We personally didn't like the proximity of the road sot be staff moved us up to the rooms with a terrace and private plunge pool which were much nicer and quieter

  Loved it all totally amazing

  Liked: Amazing hotel with lovely rooms with amazing views staff went above and beyond we wanted to move rooms and they really went out of there way to help and do these even although the hotel was fully booked couldn’t fault anything

  One of the best boutique hotels so far

  Liked: The view was amazing, all the facilities and staff were fantastic.

  Disliked: The uphills, but I guess just what you will get in Crete:)

  Great location and wonderful views, beautiful pool, good food and amazing staff

  Liked: Everyone at Enorme was absolutely wonderful. The staff was professional and always willing to assist. We had a unit at the top of the hill and we were provided a ride up and/or down when needed. The room and view was spectacular and although we had some rain during our stay, the staff made the best of it. I do recommend renting a car to get around as Crete has so much to offer.

  Disliked: The food for the most part was very good, but for the level of stay, it would be nice for them to step the quality a notch. The cappuccino was absolutely the best and breakfast selections very good.

  Amazing time. We’ll be back for sure. Staff were great. Location was excellent

  Liked: Almost impossible to find fault. Rooms were lovely, really clean. Really comfortable beds. Pool area amazing and loads of sunbeds which were also really comfortable and of a high standard. In fact there was a buzzer if you need a drink or towel etc while at the pool. Breakfast was excellent too and just a nice walk to elounda. Taxi was 10 euro home.
