  Liked: My second time at Elounda Heights and it is such a lovely place. The staff are amazing and could not do more for you. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. Both times I have been here the pool has been quiet and an amazing place to relax. Would highly recommend.

  Disliked: Everything is brilliant. The hill down to town might be off putting to some with mobility issues but it was not a problem for me.

  Amazing Hotel with great views and first class staff

  Liked: Elounda Heights is a wonderful place to stay, the room was first class with beautiful views. Kostas and Natalia are brilliant hosts, always thinking of making the experience better for the guests, and very interesting to talk to. The staff are all fantastic and the Greek specials in the restaurant are to die for, highly recommend!!

  A great holiday made by the hotel owners and staff and a good location, close enough to the town but far enough to get a

  Liked: Well maintained small and very friendly and staff couldn’t do enough for you. While we were there they had a couple of days bad weather which was very unusual especially for the time of year. The staff had to reorganize their schedule and you wouldn’t have none if they hadn’t told you. The communication with the guests was excellent keeping everyone informed so you could relax and enjoy your holiday.

  A little paradise with heart and soul

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautifully maintained, with a lot of love and attention to detail. Kostas and Natalia are wonderful hosts who make you feel truly welcome. Breakfast was a daily delight with two different homemade jams every day. The hotel’s own fruit and vegetable garden is a real gem, and the tomatoes were simply amazing. The pool area offers stunning views of the coast and Spinalonga, and Elounda is within short walking distance. A truly special place with warm hospitality and a personal touch.

  Disliked: If anything, we would have preferred a slightly firmer mattress, but of course, this is simply a matter of personal preference.
