Stunning Views, but the Overall Experience Falls Short

Liked: Overall, our stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The view from our Deluxe Suite was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the private pool was not heated, and the water was freezing cold, even with outside temperatures of 25–27°C. At this price point, especially for a premium suite, we expected better. To sum up, the view was definitely worthy of a premium four-star resort, but the breakfast felt more like something you’d expect from a basic three-star package holiday hotel. The beautiful view made up for some of the shortcomings, but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to the price or expectations.

Disliked: Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was very limited, and the quality was rather poor. During our five-night stay, the only thing we consistently enjoyed was the Greek yogurt with honey.
