  Disliked: A dangerous and deeply disappointing stay - we cannot recommend this hotel We booked this hotel to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, and it turned into the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The buggy provided by the hotel had an exposed sharp steel corner, which caused a deep wound to my father’s head. No medical staff were available. Instead, a receptionist with no medical training pressed hard on the wound, causing him significant pain and further harm. When we explained how much pain this was causing, she responded aggressively. She then insisted it was only a superficial wound, which proved untrue: that night at the hospital, the wound had to be stitched and my father needed vaccinations, and a doctor who visited the following day confirmed the seriousness of the injury. We spent hours at the hospital on what should have been a celebration. No one from the hotel reached out to us until we filed a complaint(we have videotaped the injury and the buggy). Only then did they say they would look into the incident involving their buggy and the way it was handled. Since we checked out, we have heard nothing from them. At no point did the hotel take any responsibility. Please don’t risk your safety: we strongly advise against staying here.

  Liked: Beautiful hotel & setting

  Disliked: I didn’t have a great room most of my wardrobe was used for the fridge safe & coffee facilities the glasses & coffee cups were left dirty nor changed the sink in the bathroom had no hot water My shower head was far too big for the shower & was uncomfortable to shower in plus the seal had gone on the shower & the bathroom was flooded I told the reception 4 times but nothing was done about it & ad the hotel was busy no other room to give me

  Liked: Beautiful area...the Elounda Bay is amazing Cosy bedroom and the cleaning staff does a great job

  Disliked: Quality and diversity of the food is a bit disappointing. No minbar ( snack or drinks) except from coffee (great! Nespresso machine) Or water Some staff very nice...but some not smiling or nice at all End of season price not worth ( too expensive) Being suggested few times to leave tips with bills 0 eur to fill in after restaurant

  Beautiful location and friendly staff, but several service issues made the experience fall short of what we expected for

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with every question we had. The location is beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy two days of great weather before the thunderstorm arrived. The hotel grounds and views are lovely. Our apartment was located quite high up the hill, so getting to it requires a fair amount of walking. However, the hotel provides its own transfer service around the property, which was very convenient and definitely helped.

  Disliked: One disappointment was the lack of hot water due to some weather damage. For two days of our stay, the water in our shower was cold. We contacted the staff about the issue, but unfortunately it was not properly fixed until the evening of our last day, shortly before our departure, still the team was super polite and friendly, and provided alternative!

  Liked: לקחנו הכל כלול והם שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם ג׳קוזי, המלון מהמם עם נוף מושלם, האוכל במסעדות טעים והחדרים נקיים ממש. הם שדרגו אותנו למתחם הcool living המתחם למעלה כולל בריכת אינפיניטי ומסעדה ממש שווה. הנוף הכי יפה במלון. גם השכרנו רכב ליום אחד דרך המלון והיה ממש נח.

  Disliked: צריך להזמין את כל המסעדות מראש, ממליצה לכתוב להם לפני שמגיעים למלון כי אחרת אומרים שאין מקום ועושים פרצופים על זה. החדרים למעלה הכי יפים אבל מעצבן כל פעם לחכות להסעה כשרוצים לרדת למטה זה יכול לקחת הרבה זמן. לי המים בבריכה היו קרים מידי גם באוגוסט וגם יש שם המון רוחות נפלנו על יום אחד שממש אי אפשר היה לשבת באזור למעלה.

  Fabulous hotel with fabulous views, service and food!!

  Liked: The views are amazing! The food was fabulous, with lots of choices. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have some night entertainment which I enjoyed, I wish the Disco would finish a little bit later, it was such fun!

  Disliked: As most buildings in Elounda, the hotel is located on a hill so people with mobility issues need to be aware of this.
