  Avoid at all costs

  Liked: If you want to stay here to take instagram photos only, then this is the place for you.

  Disliked: We left after 1 night (on a 7 night booking with no refund). Why did we decide to give up £1000s? Mainly because: - the 1.5M plus deep "pool" had no steps or ladder and the management refused to do anything - no shade on the terrace in 30+ degree heat - the stairs in the flat are a death trap - the management spied us on the one night we stayed there and accused us of "walking about upstairs" (which is where 2 of the bedrooms are) - there are ants and spiders all over the place - the showers make the whole room wet - the third bedroom is like a coffin Basically this is a show home they are trying to rent as a holiday home. Everything looks like the photos but nothing actually works or has any functionality. It's all design over substance. Very rude and scary. There are so many lovely places to stay in Eloundas - don't waste your holiday here.

  Overall, it was a relaxing stay

  Liked: - The view was amazing especially during sunrise - Pool and sauna were good - Kitchen had full utilities -The industrial design of the villa was beautiful -Vasia was lovely and helped us with everything we needed during our stay - The neighborhood is quiet and safe and within close distance of supermarkets

  Disliked: - Pool had no ladder -The stairs had no railing which can be quite dangerous especially if you have kids - One of the rooms looked like a prison cell with no curtains - There were no shutters or curtains in some areas so it can be an issue for light sleepers

  Beautiful villa with stunning views and modern design

  Liked: Very friendly villa manager met us in person and showed us around the villa. Vasia was brilliant and very helpful. She was always available via whatsapp and took care of our requests immediately. The villa is beautifully designed and very spacious with spectacular views. The private parking was very helpful. The pool was absolutely stunning and all the facilities was modern and well maintained

  Disliked: The villa is beautiful and a lots of attention has been spent on the design. There are some usability aspects that could be improved... we would have liked a full length mirror, the 2nd bedroom did not have any curtains and no way to block the light which we would have liked. The pool is about 5 feet in depth but it does not have a stair or an easy way to get in and out... this is a bit hard for not a very tall person.

  Perfect Waterfront Villa

  Liked: It was a wonderful stay at contemporary waterfront villa located at perfect location just steps from the sea. I suggest waking up early to see a sunset and meditate while drinking espresso or having a glass of wine at night time. Either way, nothing would stop you to have an amazing time at Elounda villa. Unmatched hospitality and always text away from anything i needed, Vasya made sure i was being taking cared off during my stay.

  Location, location, location

  Liked: Contemporary living at its best! Best water views complete with sunset & small private beach across the road. Fantastic outdoor area (sun till about 3pm) with a huge lap pool. (unfortunately pics did not do justice to these areas) Great facilities, including sauna and laundry & large basement as a second entertainment area for kids! And short walk to quaint little town. Also 15 minutes drive to Plaka, lovely beach and 20mins to Agio Nikolaos. Overall very impressed! thanks to fabulous hosts Vasia & Giorgios.

  Disliked: 2nd main bedroom needs blinds, up at the crack of dawn lol nothing major however
