  Lovely place, great for families with kids

  Liked: Great breakfast, very tasty and good range of options. Beautiful view of the bay from the Elounda Peninsular restaurant

  Disliked: Red wine in fridge, would have preferred white wine given the heat.

  Liked: Beach, Room was lovely, Lots of options and access to sister property to make it varied. Baby friendly and overall a lovely holiday. Very accommodating and helpful.

  Disliked: Value for money for food and drinks. Whilst food itself was lovely and everyone was very accommodating we felt overall cost was higher compared to other resorts we have stayed at.

  Great all-suite hotel

  Liked: Beach was like a pool, amazing. Sumosan restaurant incredible,staff service impeccable. Views, suite, six senses spa, all gorgeous. I would definitely go back and recommend to all my friends.

  Disliked: Proximity to Porto Elounda (sister hotel) which had many noisy kids. Il Borro restaurant was not at the same level of Sumosan. Our room was available for late check out but they wanted to charge us for it.

  Liked: Wonderful value for the money. Great room, excellent location and amazing staff. Seemed to be very family friendly as well with many options for kids activities. The beach/pool area was never over crowded, no issues with getting chairs, nobody was obnoxious by the pool after too many drinks etc. which has often been a source of annoyance. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: The only thing we did not enjoy was how the food/beverage and services were priced at the hotel. We understand clearly that one must pay a premium when in a 5 star hotel, but this felt a bit offensive. I honestly would have consumed more out of convenience of their offerings had they not been that expensive.
