  A truly wonderful stay, with exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable cleanline

  Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porto Elounda Golf & Spa Resort, Six Senses Spa. What stood out most was the genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the entire team, from our very first contact during the reservation process to the moment we checked out. Breakfast and dinner were consistently excellent, offering high-quality cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere. The variety of live music during the buffet dinners added a particularly enjoyable touch to the evenings. Our room and the entire property were exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The pristine beach and crystal-clear, calm waters were another highlight, especially for families with young children and toddlers (with great access for strollers). Service and cleanliness at the spa, pool and beach was outstanding, with attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the Operations Director, whose exceptional dedication, genuine care for the guests, and personal attention are truly commendable. Her commitment to ensuring that every guest feels valued and well looked after is evident throughout the resort and clearly reflected in the high standards of service delivered by the entire team. A memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. We would be delighted to return.

  Wonderful, family friendly but beautiful resort with such kind staff. A truly relaxing week! We’ll be back:)

  Liked: Fab property, wonderful staff, great kids pool and beach area and the upgraded bedrooms were so spacious. Yacht club and pool restaurant had fab food! Great a la carte options! Lovely kids club. Perfect all round for families with young children / toddlers.

  Disliked: Not much! Our only feedback would be to have a few more healthier options for children at the buffet - plain fish / lots of steamed vegetables. And have a water station at dinner the same as breakfast!

  Liked: I absolutely loved this hotel! The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained, and very well cared for. The beach is stunning, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. The girls at the reception are especially wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. They always greet guests with a smile and make you feel truly welcome. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

  Awesome Hotel! Great Vacation! Very recommend!

  Liked: First of all the warm reception, Lilly in the front desk welcomed us with a huge smile and great personality that her and my wife almost became besties. The property is huge, the private beach is awesome and the pool area is always clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: The only thing are the ants in the Premium Junior Suite in the private pool area were a bit annoying. Especially with a 2 year old that wants to go outside.

  Expensive for the service and facilities. Not exactly as advertised

  Liked: Beautiful views Elegant and clean Food was good - bus as you might expect for a 5* hotel

  Disliked: This hotel lacks atmosphere in the evenings. No events organised no music in the bars and not many people around. If you’re fine with going to bed early or catching a taxi in to town and back (12-15 euros each way) then it’s fine. There’s nothing much organised in the day for adults either. Water sports are very expensive as is the spa at around €270 for a massage or facial. Service in the restaurant is not 5*. We were often having to clear own plates to end of table just to allow space for second course, several times we had to serve own coffee when first arriving and always having to ask for refills. Keep your own dirty cutlery for second course. The restaurant staff lack a manager - some are adjusting chairs trying to look busy while others walk past end of table with plates stacked up that need clearing. Most are friendly but the staff are not working efficiently. There is only one swimming pool area - despite photos showing spa pool and a water slide pool. These are extras that need paying for. That’s not clear on booking. Half board option can only be used for dinner- no options to switch to lunch instead. Other restaurants on site are very expensive and you are only allocated €24 per person to eat there. That just about pays for a starter! Overall nice accommodation but disappointing facilities and certainly not great value for money
