  Disliked: Overall, our stay was quite good, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. When we first checked in, there was hardly any internet connection in our room, and eventually, there was no connection at all. We approached the reception and asked if we could change rooms. The young woman at the reception, who was possibly a new employee, seemed rather reluctant to help us change rooms. However, after some discussion, we were eventually given a different room. The new room was better than the previous one, but the Wi-Fi was still very unreliable. Overall, everything else was quite good, but please keep in mind that if you need a reliable internet connection during your stay, you may be disappointed.

  Ideal place, but improvements needed

  Liked: Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds and sun loungers.

  Disliked: Wasps everywhere. Pool wasn’t cleaned once in 10 days during stay. Rooms are small and no atmosphere.

  Liked: Great location, just few min walk from all the restaurants and seaside. Great for families. Very safe and quiet at night.

  Disliked: Had some minor issues in the beginning of our stay regarding the variety of food available which we managed to resolve with the management. They made an effort which was very much appreciated.

  Overall a great stay and would return again

  Liked: Staff were so friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Great location very close to everything but still very quiet at night. Rooms were very clean.

  Disliked: Pillows a bit hard but that’s just my preference and the breakfast was ok but I’ve had better.

  Liked: Great location and friendly staff. Great design, nice pool, central yet quiet place, there is a parking lot nearby. Descent food.

  Disliked: There were no blankets, only thin sheets, sometimes there were lack of towels to the swimming pool. It isn't an air conditioner in the lobby and the air conditioner in the rooms was really weak. It was an electric cattle in the room but there wasn't any tea or coffee. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel. If they would put a little bit more effort, it would be a much better place to stay, It has great potential, but is untapped.

  Liked: The pool

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning did not cool the room properly, especially during the hot weather. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the bathroom doors did not close properly, affecting our privacy and comfort. In addition, the breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection, and the bread was often dry and not fresh. Overall, these issues made our stay much less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope these problems will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
