  Liked: Very nice and helpful personal. Nice, very green territory, cretian style of houses and rooms. Rather good tasty kitchen. Big comfortable parking.

  Disliked: Not quite clean floor and tables at the main restaurant. Poor choice of juses at breakfast. Not in all rooms modern air-conditioners, in some rooms theyare still rather old.

  Best holidays ever!!!!

  Liked: Excellent accimodation, well equiped!!!Room was quiet. Stuff was very friendly, kind and helpfull in every ocation! Food was various and delitious all days! Drinks, ice cream and sweets - excelelent!!! Best hollidays ever!!!!

  Liked: We stayed in VIP suite with private pool. Pool was clean and perfect for cooling since the weather was really hot. Resort is nice, full of plants and staff is always in a good mood.

  Liked: The hotel is beautifully located, with direct access to the beach and stunning sea views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food offered a good variety and was fresh and delicious every day. The resort facilities, including the pools and entertainment activities, were excellent and suitable for both families and couples. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend Anabel Beach Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Crete. We would be happy to return in the future.

  Disliked: While our overall stay was enjoyable, we were disappointed with the airport transfer arrangement. We had been informed that transportation from the airport to the hotel was organized and confirmed, but upon arrival no driver was there to meet us. When we contacted the hotel, they were unwilling to take responsibility for the situation or assist in resolving it. This caused unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday and could have been handled much better.
