  Liked: I honestly can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel\! We had a wonderful surprise on arrival when we were upgraded to a better room. Even though I had a fall on the beach and hurt my nail, it didn’t spoil my holiday at all. I enjoyed every single moment The manager Karolina is very professional, and all the facilities were great. The food was amazing, and Chef Pedro and the lady from the restaurant made the perfect team. Pedro is one of the best chefs if you want to try traditional Greek food. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Greek culinary experience. They also offer simple food options for children, which is great for my doghter. The reception team were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Miss Nattaly, who stepped in to help me with the lagaged from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Her kindness and support made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. Thank you for going the extra mile. I also treated myself to a massage, and George completely lifted my mood\! I felt like I was flying when I left the massage room. It was such a wonderful experience. The entertainment team was fantastic, too. They organised one day aqua gym sessions by the seaside, which were absolutely lovely. The bar team were also very friendly and welcoming. And a special mention to Ștefan from the spa, who provided excellent customer service every time when I needed him. Overall, we had an amazing holiday, and the wonderful staff made it even more special. From the reception team to the restaurant, bar, spa, and entertainment team, everyone contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. ❤️ I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again next year we discovered a lovely beach saradary beach,just 9 min away and can't wait to see it again.

  Liked: Great value for money! We stayed here in October and had a really good experience. The hotel has a large private beach with easy entry into the water (just a few rocky patches to watch out for) and a nice beach bar right nearby. The food was super tasty, and it was great having two specialty restaurants—one Greek and one seafood—plus a Greek wine bar. The rooms are really spacious. Having the indoor pool with a jacuzzi and the gym was a huge plus for us, especially on a couple of rainy days!

  Disliked: They have a steam room (wet sauna), but it would have been nice to also have a traditional Finnish (dry) sauna.
