  Liked: The position is great. You can easily find free parking, and walk to a close supermarket. It’s a 25 minute drive from the Heraklion Airport so very easy to reach. The staff was lovely and very welcoming! As two girls on holiday, we felt really safe to sleep there.

  Disliked: The air conditioning goes directly onto the bed and the swing mode didn’t work so we had to turn it off at night and it was really hot from 8 AM as the sun was already shining against the window.

  Definitely coming back

  Liked: Everything!!! The hotel is super clean, the rooms are big and the beds are really comfortable. The hostess, Cleopatra is the most amazing woman ever!! She helped us with everything we needed, and even made sure to buy us a cake and decorated the room to celebrate our friend’s birthday!!

  Fantastic hospitality

  Liked: We have just come back from a fantastic stay in the hotel Cleopatra is a great host and despite arriving very early she tried to get us into the room asap She was full of good advice and was super warm and friendly The other hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach where there is a great place called ammos to eat and drink

  We had a wonderful stay at this well run, friendly accommodation

  Liked: The staff were really wonderful. Great recommendations for places to eat. They could not have been more helpful. They organised taxis, a traditional Cretan night and gave us additional water. Thank you to Cleopatra and Dimitris.

  Disliked: My only complaint would be there were some small bugs in the bathroom but we kept the door closed so it was not a big deal. Also there was an unpleasant odour at times but again this did not impact our holiday.
