  Liked: Location is very good. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. Variety of food was pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Cleaning quality could be better. WiFi connection in the room was poor. Reception and restaurant are in the Sergios hotel. Only all inclusive option was available. No option to choose half board or breakfast. Potential safety issues due to no reception or security.

  Liked: The location was perfect shops and beach very close by the food was edible the staff was friendly the pools was decent as you benefit from 2 pools 1 in each hotel the sun beds how ever in the iro building could be better maintained as they looked like they never been cleaned and was very sticky?

  Disliked: The room was like a prison cell with its own shower room that was the only bonus when it comes to clean the cleaners could do alot better the bedding was only changed once in the whole week the shower room was a danger point the drains had loose covers that didn't stay in place so left a gaping hole in the shower basin and the main floor very dangerous there was only 1 plug socket shared between the fridge and TV which you could only plug one at a time the room was very out dated with a stone base with the most awful mattress very springy and stained the Aircon was like non existent the balcony was very narrow you couldn't even turn a chair around it was that tight of squeeze to move down the balcony you would have to climb over the chair that tight? The neighbouring building where you eat food is alot better than iro cleaner and more modern they should spend some of the money they make from there to renovate the old building it really needs it only down on that hotel next door is that we found lots of rat dropping out in the seating area next to where you eat.

  We really enjoyed our stay and made the most of our room

  Liked: The hotel is old and dated No facilities apart from a swimming pool With old decrypted sunbrds No reception staff Booking. Com made no effort to help us when contacted Just simply ignored our messages Hotel Sergio’s staff however where very helpful in ensuring we got the facilities for our needs The photos on booking. Com bear no resemblance to the hotel Maybe 10 years ago but not now

  Disliked: Hotel Sergio’s where you have drinks meals and use of the pools and bars is exceptional Friendly staff and very helpful
