  Wonderful experience - we will be back

  Liked: The hotel is stunning. I highly recommend the room with the jacuzzi and sea view! Breakfast and dinners were really good, cocktails were tasty. The receptionist on our arrival day was lovely and made us feel super welcome and excited for our stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately on our arrival day, the jacuzzi was not filled and the hot water was not working as well. This was only fixed on the following morning after asking a few times.

  Beautiful hotel, incredible staff. One of a kind stay

  Liked: Beautiful hotel, very calm and relaxed. Everyone who works there works their absolute bums off to make everyone feel welcome and give them the best experience possible. Cannot emphasise how excellent everyone is at their jobs, from the front desk staff to the bar staff and the waitstaff. The food is exceptional, being served as a set menu every night which was unique and delicious.

  Disliked: My only note would be that the older gent who runs the bar could use an extra hand during the afternoon/ evening. Not because his service isn’t perfect but that he seems so busy it would be nice to see him supported a bit more:)

  Enjoyable but room for improvement

  Liked: Breakfast was great. We thought the choices of evening meal each day should be published in the literature given on arrival. The one menu we managed to see had very limited choices so we ate elsewhere

  Disliked: We thought it was ridiculous that one of the bedrooms had nowhere to hang up clothes.

  Liked: Really quiet location near a lot of restaurants and markets. The breakfast is amazing and very diverse. The rooom has 2 balconies, one of which is very big. The hot tub is a bit cold and could use a bit of more cleaning as it was a lot of sand in it. The stuff is amazing and very welcoming. The food in the restaurant is very good and tasty. It is quite far from the beach.

  Disliked: The water in the pools is very cold. The AC in the room was working weirdly, coould not really stop it and the air was blowing directly on the bed. There is a light on the hallway that lights like the Christmas tree and is really difficult to fall asleep because of it.

  Liked: Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs: accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs: malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment tolérable. Aucune proposition de dédommagement (remboursement) au checkout. Par ailleurs, pour se baigner vers 15h, c'est très compliqué. La quasi totalité des transats sont réservés dès la matinée. Pour la décontraction, c'est raté!

  Fab hotel

  Liked: We stayed here in August, we have been to the area lots of times before but this is a gorgeous new addition. Modern, clean and excellent facilities. The pools are lovely and there is plenty of space. The staff were all so helpful and the manager went out of his way to accomdate us on our last day due to late check out. I can’t recommend hotel Pyria enough
