  Great location

  Liked: The suite was very comfy overall. The terrace was superb. The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. George is very nice and helpful. Happy at the pool bar was incredible and will make your stay even better! The location is central for visiting the East of Crete.

  Disliked: The Jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was not communicated in advance. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

  Liked: We really, really enjoyed our stay here, everything was according or even above our expectations. I particularly appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts, thank you Harula, Georgios, Despina, for making us feel quite or better than at home. I recommend it from all points of view and we will be back some day!

  Liked: Everything was amazing. Kindest family ever. George was so caring, he greeted us every morning. The whole family & staff truly made me feel like family for the short while I was there. Thank you endlessly. We will be back:)

  Liked: The place is surrounded by cats, which we found very sweet and a big plus — but everything else is quite individual. The Wi‑Fi was poor, we had no connection, there were many mosquitoes and the repellents didn’t help. The rooms are very dark, and even though there is some light when you open the window, the common areas feel dim as well. The shower drains very slowly, so water builds up and afterwards the whole room ends up wet. The pool area is beautiful, but there are many ants, and while the atmosphere is very peaceful, the sunbeds are quite worn out and sticky from the trees. The girl working at the pool was very kind and makes excellent coffee.

  Disliked: What surprised us the most was the attitude of the owners. Even though we stayed for three nights, not just one, in the morning we were rushed to check out as quickly as possible because “they don’t have time” and new guests were arriving. We understand it’s peak season, but we packed everything within five minutes. At 10:55 the cleaner entered the room and said she had to start cleaning immediately. Guests should be given a moment to take their things out — especially when they stayed more than one night — or the check‑out time should be adjusted. We still managed to leave by 11:00.
