Liked: It was a great stay, amazing view of the sea, great location right on the promenade, the ones who manage the place exceeded our expectations with how helpful they were, they even came late at night to fix the TV.

Nice property and location, but completely let down by poor communication and lack of support

Liked: The property is very well located, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place to stay. The suites are good, and the area is convenient and enjoyable.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the main issue is the lack of responsiveness and support from the property management. Despite reporting issues and trying to communicate several times, we never received proper feedback or assistance. Good customer service is very important, and this experience was disappointing. I would recommend the property for its location and quality, but management seriously needs to improve communication and guest support. I cannot recommend this property to travelers who value reliable service, responsiveness, and proper guest support.

A perfect seaside stay in the heart of Hersonissos! Peaceful, stylish and unforgettable

Liked: This was my third time staying here and once again everything was perfect. The location is central and super convenient, yet as soon as you close the balcony doors, you can’t hear any noise from the street- it’s incredibly peaceful. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view. Dani the host was absolutely fantastic once again, he was welcoming, helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.

Disliked: There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Liked: Great sea view and close to restaurants, bars shops and beaches. The decor is brand new and looks really smart, there were really good facilities in the apartment. Very helpful staff and very quick and good communication. Any issues were resolved quickly.

Disliked: It is a busy location by nature and being on the main strip there was music and people outside until 3 or 4 am every night.
