  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Spritz! The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and warm hospitality. Its location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, lovely terraces, and beautiful beaches nearby, making everything easily accessible. One of the highlights was the dining area, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, making every meal even more enjoyable. 🌊We especially enjoyed relaxing by the sea during the day and experiencing the vibrant nightlife in the evening, with plenty of bars and entertainment options to choose from. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is close by, whether you want to relax, go shopping, enjoy delicious food, spend time at the beach, or have a fun evening out. We had a fantastic time and made beautiful memories. We highly recommend Serenity Spritz to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Crete, the sunshine, and the wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back again!

  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again

  Disliked: We chose this hotel based on its location, price, and the photos on the website. We paid 146€ per night for a sea-view room, expecting the room shown in the photos. However, due to confusion with the room allocation, we were initially placed in room #003 on the ground floor, right next to the reception, with direct access to a terrace and a public walkway. The room had an extremely strong and unpleasant sewage smell, which even affected the towels. Unfortunately, our request to change rooms was initially refused, and we were only moved on the fourth day of our stay to the room #105. Room #105 was much better, with no unpleasant smell and the sea view we had originally paid for. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also disappointing, as shown in the attached photos. The shower head would not stay in its holder, and the towels were very old, worn out, and far from fresh. Towels are only changed every other day. Breakfast was good, but also starts quite late, from 8:30 AM. Overall, this hotel has great potential thanks to its location, breakfast, and rooms. However, poor bathroom maintenance, outdated towels, and the lack of concern shown by the staff seriously affected our experience. The website photos no longer seem to reflect the actual condition of the hotel. For 146€ per night, I expected a clean, comfortable room without unpleasant smells. I enjoyed the holiday overall, but the first three days were spoiled by these issues. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper cleaning and maintenance.

  Disliked: Size of shower, toilet too close to shower unit and most of all no wardrobe do had to live at of our suitcase as not enough space to put clothes. Breakfast was not good.
