  Awesome clean old style hotel with nearby qpark parking discounted

  Liked: This hotel is so nice warm cosy bar,breakfast room really nice old style but so clean fresh area relaxed.Beds awesome very comfy sound proof windows and excellent shower large shower head.Tea and coffee in room glasses cups.Really quaint hotel can't say enough good for small hotel perfect for couples singles business travellers qpark locally and has discount code Ashley25 to get overnight parking 30 euro in total good value for Cork city parking.Staff really good Rafa,Arthur and breakfast very nice people and very helpful I would give 5 star rating for 3 star hotel really nice experience.

  Just about okay

  Liked: Good Location and has parking which is a bonus Staff were very friendly

  Disliked: Hotel is very dated which is totally fine but bathroom was disgustingly smelly and they add surcharges to buy things like bottles on water on card payments, encouraging cash. They also mention not to use booking.com in the future and contact them directly and get a free breakfast. Honestly if I had the time to complain I’d expect a partial refund.

  Liked: Very central nice staff.full irish breakfast could have done better nothing fantastic about it 18 euros a head could have been better. Overall this hotel is brilliant for a weekend central clean and nice staff.

Please be advised that is mandatory to present a photographic ID at the check in time and you may be requested to present same when returning to the hotel after 11pm.

Please note that our hotel offers a facility to park bikes and bicycles only. Our guests can avail of parking in Q-PARK nearby at Carroll's Quay T23P2TX to park their cars, at a 24 HOUR discounted rate.

Guests under 19 years of age cannot check-in unless the lead guest is aged 21 years or over.

In case of arriving after 11pm, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival (approximately 30 minutes) on the following contact number: (021)4501518.

Please note all cards will be preauthorised to guarantee the reservation. If you decide to use a different card for payment on arrival, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the preauthorised amount to be released. This period varies between banks.

Damage deposit - in case where the reservation payment is made by debit card then a security deposit of €200 may be required and will be returned on the inspection of the bedroom at check out time.

The property accepts UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Maestro as methods of payment. The hotel does not accept American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.

The property has a strict no smoking policy.

Check in is from 3pm but we can store your luggage if you arrive earlier. Check out is by 11am including vehicles. Please note all accepted credit cards will be preauthorised for the first night stay cost to guarantee the booking. Overnight street parking after 6:30 p.m. and Sunday street parking is free including bank holidays.

Please note there is no lift at the hotel or ground floor bedrooms.

For bookings of 4 rooms or more, a 50% deposit and list of guests names are required. Pets are not allowed with the exception of service dogs only. Our hotel is not suitable for Hens an Stag groups.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
