  Needs some TLC

  Liked: Proximity to town

Disliked: Could do with some TLC. On ground floor so couldn’t leave windows open which meant there was always this pervasive musty smell in the living area and the bedrooms. The window fastenings weren’t great, repairs evident. As a short term let it was bearable, even as student accommodation it is substandard. Since the purpose of our visit was to see as much as we could around Cork area it was fine for he down, up and out.

The stay was good on the whole

Liked: The location of thr property was good. Space wise the roomsand kitchen were a good size.

Disliked: Bathrooms are very small and disappointing no facilities to store/ hang things. The Sofas in the kitchen area were not very clean and were worn out. Security of the place was a bit confusing as room keys provided did not work in the rooms but only at the main door. Doors need a bit of oiling as they creek a lot and are noisy.
