  Sweet house near the centre of Cork

  Liked: The apartment was in a very good spot to walk into the city. It had everything you need and was beautiful furnished. The owner answered very quickly if any questions occurred.

  Disliked: It can get a little bit moist in the house and therefore there is a little smell but it can't be changed due to weather and it is an old building. You only have to keep that in mind if you don't like that. For us it wasn't a big deal and we loved that charming interior.

  Perfect hideaway for a vacation

  Liked: The location was close to Cork city and cathedral. Inside the property it was fully equipped and really nicely decorated

  Mold and dirty

  Liked: The apartment is centrally located and in theory could be nice, if it were not for the unbearable conditions.

  Disliked: We had brown water the first day and could neither drink tea, nor shower. We then checked the bedrooms, one was very filthy and dusty. The smell in the whole place was terrible. We slept one night in the other bedroom and then left although we had booked 4 nights, but it was unbearable. We discovered only the next morning that the window in the second bedroom had black mould. The water was still brown in the morning so we complained (again) about both, the water and the dirt. The owner sent some water bottles, but we could still not shower. The water turned transparent at some point, but due to the filth, smell and dirt we decided not to let that ruin our vacation and left.
