  No heating during the night when it is +2

  Liked: Location, easy to find / to open, room in general.

  Disliked: It was cold during the night, heating didn't work in the hotel. I wake up feeling sick. This is not the right way. If temperature is +2 during the night, you need some heating. And for 110 euros for just one night they must provide what is necessary. Yes, renovation of the hotel would be necessary too, but this was not a big problem compare to the absence of heating.

  We didn’t stay booked a proper hotel that night and moved to there. Booking.com should be ashamed

  Liked: Secure booking have advertised a drug den in cork city to stay at. The smell was unbelievable. Poor communication for key. Untidy unclean room. Lots of characters outside smoking dope. No parking. Secure booking. Com you have completely let us down with this not as advertised.

  Disliked: The description from booking. Com rubbish you should visit yourself. Completely wasted my money on this so called accommodation. Poor quality, dangerous for my family. No parking. Smell of garlic 🧄 and dope throughout the place and dirty. Dirty room dirty bathroom.

  Poor, nothing like the photos very dirty

  Disliked: The shower was broken, hanging off the wall. There was dirt underneath the beds and kids toys left in the room.
