Perfect stay in a spotless apartment right in the heart of the city!
Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect in every way, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, cozy, and ideally located right in the city center, within walking distance of everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as we hoped for, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic accommodation experience. We would love to come back!
Rude staff, lacked facilities in the room, hard to find unless you know, would I stay here again....ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Liked: Beware before booking this accommodation!!! Apparently online check in only, via link they send you! and form is asking for too much personal info as a result. Staff would not answer emails and or phone calls. States that you can check in in person if you request in advance, Indid that and they msged to say that they can't....Rude ppl Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Disliked: everything apart from the location, right in the city centre
Nice place and decent for price
Liked: Good location, very close to shops and cafes. Easy to walk to anywhere you need to! Nice view from the sky light (also had automatic shades to keep the room dark at night, which was great). Nice clean room with coffee machine. Air conditioning was great. Functioning elevator.
Disliked: Was hard to find how to get into the room/get to the property, confusing with the entrances/codes. No private fridge (but had a shared common area with fridge and microwave, microwave was nice to have as most hotels don’t usually have that, but not many plates/utensils). No luggage stand. Only cleaned the room every 2 days so didn’t replenish coffee or sheets (but cleaning people were nice enough to give us new towels when we asked)
Very nice little apartment, easy to self check in
Liked: Very nice little apartment, very central in Bologna. Easy to self check in and out, had everything I needed. Very nice view from the balcony in my room (8) towards the two slanted towers and right next to them. Quiet aside from the construction site, which was ok.

Liked: Extremely disappointing experience This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I arrived at around 9:00 PM with the room already fully booked and paid for, but I was refused entry because I had not completed the check-in before 7:00 PM. They claimed they had informed me in advance, but I never saw the message. I was traveling through Europe, constantly moving from one city to another, with limited internet access, and unfortunately I did not read it in time. I have traveled many times and have never experienced a hotel refusing to accommodate me for this reason, especially when the room had already been reserved and paid for. What made the situation even worse was that I tried to contact the property repeatedly that night, but nobody answered. I was left outside at night in a city I did not know, with several older people and all of our luggage, after a long day of traveling. The next day, they simply told me that they had informed me beforehand, without acknowledging the fact that nobody responded to our calls or messages when we were actually standing outside the property. I completely understand that hotels can have check-in policies, but leaving paying guests without accommodation at 9:00 PM, without answering their calls or offering any assistance, is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
