Exceptional
Liked: Very clean, very comfy and very accommodating staff. We had allergies in our group and they were extremely good at making sure we were taken care of. Location was wonderful as well for a very reasonable price.
Disliked: The plug cap in the bath wasn’t secured and kept slipping off (especially when we had a bath) but this wasn’t really something to be bothered about.
If you don't look at the price, it's the perfect place!

Disliked: The price was a bit high, compared to the apartments in that area.
Great Location, Great Staff
Liked: The history of the hotel, the details everywhere, the wonderful staff, the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness, are all the reasons to return again.
Disliked: When you closed the window shutter, it made a noise that the whole hotel could hear. And in the morning, when the shutters on the other hotel rooms, were raised to start the day, you would be woken up by a loud, unpleasant sound. In short, you wake up whenever the first person in the hotel wakes up:)

Liked: Great location, the apartment was comfortable and new. Quiet.
Disliked: Beds, especially pillows were not comfortable. AC in bedroom didn't cool as well as in other rooms. Staff was professionally courteous, but not particularly friendly, especially given a 5 night stay.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Bologna
Liked: It is a beautiful, old hotel in the heart of the historic center. The room was extremely well appointed, and the breakfast was perfection! The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The location is a two-edged sword. It is wonderful to stay there, but getting there is a bit nerve wracking. You have to drive through some limited traffic areas, and while they give ample directions, for someone unfamiliar with the area, it is a bit daunting. It also seemed the directions upon leaving were a little more confusing.
