Exceptional
Comfortable room and clean bathroom
Liked: The property is located across the central train station. The room is very clean and nice bathroom. Air conditioner works very well.
Disliked: Nothing
Very clean and good location. Beds are so uncomfortable it’s not fair, it wasn’t even cheap rate per night
Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: The bed is like sleeping on the floor, absolutely rock solid. Ached both our backs and we’re in our 30’s not 80’s. Pillows were lifeless also. Appreciate the cleaners have to clean, but they also started from 7’ish in morning, we got woken up both mornings by chatting in the hallway.
I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation and in Bologna. An amazing city
Liked: Location, standard of accommodation and contact were all wonderful!
Disliked: Nothing!
It’s OK
Liked: Location
Disliked: Remote reception/check-in
Liked: Very clean, nice design and a very hospitable host. Also, despite being in a main central road the room was very soundproof.
If visiting Bologna, this is an excellent location. Highly recommend
Liked: Central location to the Plaza and close to the train station.., actually right across the street. Coffee shop right below us and also right across the street. It was also very centrally located for our meeting point for our tour excursion.
Disliked: A suggestions might be one to provide perhaps maybe a box of tissues and two it was very difficult for me to sleep under the top sheet if you could upgrade the linens so that they didn’t feel like sandpaper that was my only major complaint is I had to sleep on top of the covers due to the very, very low threat account. I am by no means a high maintenance person, but the linens do make a bit of a difference. Upgrading would be a big plus.
