Very good
Hotel was perfect and the sound proof windows were ideal
Liked: Very central location
Liked: Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice
Liked: Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Room was smaller than it seems from the photos shared. Felt a little bit claustrophobic. There was no sound proof, we were waken up at night by the noise coming from neighboring rooms.
A really positive stay
Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, super close to Piazza Maggiore and there are thousands of restaurants and bars around. The staff were super friendly and helpful - the battery of the safe in my room run out so they moved me to a new room straight away. Both rooms were absolutely spotless. I asked for a late check out and they were so accommodating and let me check out at 12.30 and arranged a taxi for me.
Disliked: The pillows could be a little softer.
Great stay for our first time visiting Bologna
Liked: Plenty of walkable options nearby for food & drink and sightseeing. Nice breakfast with fresh coffee options in the morning.Friendly & helpful staff.
Disliked: Thankfully we didn't have too much luggage because we had to take a flight of stairs up to our room.
Liked: Location and it had everything
Disliked: It was very expensive. At the time when I booked evwrything was expensive
