Very good
Liked: Quaint and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel is in the heart of the city with lots the see just steps away. Hope to come back one day.
Highly recommend. Great location great facilities. Good way for money. I have nothing negative to say
Liked: This was very much value for money. The facilities were lovely and the location was great. Not far from all of the must see and do’s. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had lovely views from my room. There was never a queue for any of the three bathrooms which were spacious and well equipped. I love that they provided access to free fresh fruit. They also helped me with a taxi reservation for my early morning departure. There is a lift facility even though it is old it works and saves you having to carry your bags up all the stairs. I had too heavy bag so I was very grateful for this.
Disliked: It was all pluses for me.
Liked: The friendliness of the staff was above and beyond, great location, wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat! The charm of this hotel could not be matched! We loved our stay, and hope to be back again soon!!
Disliked: Nothing, we really enjoyed everything about it!! Besides being a little confused about the location of the hotel. It's not the entire building, but you have to go up the elevator or stairs to get to the actual "hotel" portion of the building. I did not see that in the description and once we got there, we were just confused. All good though!
Great for a short trip to Bologna
Liked: Lovely hotel in great location
Liked: It is located on a quiet, clean street close to the city center. The room’s amenities and furnishings are well-equipped and kept in clean condition.
Disliked: Everything else was clean, but there was a clump of hair in the shower stall drain. It didn’t really bother me, but others might find it unpleasant.
Liked: Perfect location, very kind staff
