Exceptional
Great stay, pity it was only 3 nights
Liked: The apartment was beautiful, pristine and brand new. Everything was provided for right down to the soap for the washing machine. It is absolutely in the heart of the historic centre with the best sites right at your door step. The apartment building has two street entrances, the main foyer to the building is breathtakingly beautiful. Bravo!! the best accommodation I had over my 1 month trip across London, Milan, Bologna, Naples and Istanbul.
Disliked: Not Applicable.
Liked: Perfect location for exploring the city. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds & nice quality cotton bedding. Had all the kitchen utensils, coffee maker etc that we needed for our 4 day stay.
Disliked: Not much soundproofing from The neighbouring property, but it didn’t cause us much trouble.

Disliked: Noise from the street and the bathroom with no window and a VERY noisy ventilation system. Also, we needed the sofa bed but there were no sheets in the apartment. The virtual reception said we never asked for it. Even if this was true, we arrived at 19:30 to the apartment and the reception said they cannot help! They offered to bring sheets the morning after and charge us with extra 50 Euros!!! At that hour in the evening we couldn’t even buy sheets anywhere and therefore had to sleep like that. No sheet no blanket. It is totally unacceptable and a disgrace.
Lovely apartment right in the centre of things
Liked: This apartment was fantastic, well equipped, secure, in a bustling area but a quiet room, It was so clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. You could walk in minutes to visit the central square.
Disliked: There was construction going on outside the window...it didnt bother us noise wise but it did spoil the view...however once this construction is finished the windows overlooking the square would be great.
