Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It’s impossible to sleep. If you end up in room 402, you might as well cancel your booking and look for somewhere else. Instead of the two rooms promised, you get only one; there’s no air conditioning, and it’s extremely noisy. Right on the other side of the wall is a vending machine that hums like the engine room of a diesel submarine; a metal gate bangs shut all night long; you can hear the traffic outside; and everyone walking past your door makes a noise. Outside the window, you’re faced with a view of external air conditioning units, which also generate a lot of noise. We were additionally charged €14 even having payment via booking.com where were mentioned that no additional payments in property.

Liked: Great central location, very clean room, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Mobile key access for all doors was a great modern touch.
Disliked: The check-in process was quite exhausting. Even after uploading ID photos for all guests, we had to manually re-enter almost all passport details for everyone, which took a lot of time for a group of four. Additionally, there is virtually no human communication—the chatbot only answers basic questions, and nobody answered the listed phone number.
Disliked: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The number does not match the description. There are no windows in the room, even though Italian law requires residential rooms to have a window. There is no air conditioning, despite it being listed in the room description. Half of the electrical sockets are broken. The drainage in both the sink and the shower is poor. There are water stains and marks on the ceiling, and the safe is broken. We contacted customer support with our concerns but received no response. The price charged is completely unjustified given the poor quality of the accommodation. If necessary, we can provide a video.
