  Great stay especially for a night or two in the center

  Liked: Room was clean, spacious and modern. There were clean towels and toiletries. Great location. Nice staff. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the hallway.

  Disliked: The check in process should be easier in my opinion- everything could be done via email and not by calling. Breakfast had few salty options and few fresh products. Tourist tax could have been included in the room fee (it is requested in cash at arrival/check out).

  Liked: The room and bathroom are spacious and tidy. Easy check in.

  The stay was disappointing due to check-in issues, poor breakfast, and inadequate basic services

  Liked: I liked the style and decoration, as well as the bed-and-breakfast concept, but it did not work properly due to the lack of staff support, as I will describe below. The location is also not bad. We can walk to the main tourist points in around 15 minutes and buy food nearby. However, coming from the train station with luggage requires taking a bus. They let me work from the common kitchen after check-out with our luggage in the common area not locked.

  Disliked: Summary of negative points with detailed explanation following: - Lack of staff presence and support during the stay - Check-in issues and long waiting time despite confirmed arrival time - Room and bathroom not ready upon arrival - Lack of basic supplies, including toilet paper - Disorganized breakfast with no guidance or proper setup - Insufficient breakfast items on the second day - No cleaning service and poor maintenance of common areas - Slow communication and absence of on-site assistance Unfortunately, the stay was difficult due to poor organization and lack of staff support. Although check-in was available from 2:30 PM and we had informed an expected arrival time of around 4:00 PM, we arrived at approximately 5:00 PM and were informed shortly before arrival that no one would be at the property and that the room was not ready. We were already very close to the location at that point. We were only able to enter the building with the help of other guests. We then had to wait in the hallway for the manager, with a baby sleeping and after a long trip. The manager arrived around 40 minutes later and still needed additional time to clean the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was left without toilet paper, and there was no extra supply available anywhere in the property. Breakfast was poorly organized and left without any explanation. It consisted of an industrial cake in the shared kitchen, some sliced bread, a few leftover cold cuts, yogurts, boxed juices, and three eggs to prepare independently, without guidance or proper setup. On the second day, in addition to the lack of cleaning and dirty dishes left in the shared kitchen, there was also a lack of food. There was no bread or cheese available, and we ended up eating the remaining cake from the previous day. Overall, we felt abandoned during the stay, with slow responses via WhatsApp and no staff presence at the property, not even once a day, to check basic cleanliness, supplies, or breakfast arrangements.
