Very good
Pleasant
Liked: Great to have property all to myself, spacious and quiet. Apartment is on ground floor of the building; window is to the side walk. Apartment needs some maintenance but in good condition; Hosts very kind and responsive.
Disliked: Is a 10 min taxi ride from train station away from the city centre, but close to Maggiore hospital; however, neighboorhood is well serviced 3 supermarkets in 5 min walk, and a few restaurants/salons.
Starch shot to old town on an e-bike
Liked: Good location. Clean and secure.
Disliked: I was unable to use the air conditioner until the last day.
Good
Bologna is beautiful
Liked: Location
Disliked: Very dirty, smells bad, no kitchen equipment, only one fork and knife
Convenient, high tech and affordable
Liked: Convenient on a bus route. Funky
Disliked: It was ground level and very dark and very noisy
My stay at Avantgard Rooms was truly memorable
Liked: You have big and wide parking, 170 m from the apartment. The combination of a great location, excellent accommodation, and superb service makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bologna. I look forward to returning in the future.
