  Great location, comfortable, and great value

  Liked: Fantastic location with only a few minutes walk from the main train station so it’s very easy access in and out from the city. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable and I believe it was great value.

  Liked: Ease of access to the old town.

  Disliked: The hot plate at breakfast was cold and so were the scrambled eggs. As an improvement you might provide tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - British tourists would think this usual.

  Balogna was beautiful and our food tour was excellent but our friend had her purse stolen

  Liked: The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to lots of restaurants. Rooms were on the 4th floor which was fine.

  Disliked: At breakfast, there was only one coffee machine which seemed to calibrate or self clean quite often resulting in queues. The orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, it was diluted from concentrate. The air conditioning in the room did not work and there were no plug in the wash basin.
