  We had the most pleasant stay at Annabella apartment

  Liked: The location was very good, easy walk to the station and to old town center. The apartment is amazing, spotless, very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Silvia, was most helpful. We definitely will return to Annabella and I recommend this apartment to everyone who visits Bolzano.

  Disliked: There's no such thing.

  Apartment was fine but area was a bit disappointing. Good value overall

  Liked: Property was exactly as reflected in the photos on booking.com. Clean and well equipped and washing machine was really welcome.

  Disliked: The location wasn’t too far from the centre and convenient to train station and cable Cars etc - probably a 10-15 min walk. However, the residential block the apartment was in looked run down (also directions to find the property weren’t great and couldn’t get the owner on the phone to let us in - thankfully another resident happened to come by and let us in!). The lift was also out of order so we had to carry our luggage up the winding stairs. In terms of the immediate locality - there is a handy co-op a few doors down and a bar and a restaurant and a takeaway pizza place in the street but that’s it, the rest of the area felt a bit run down and very much like the back-end of the town. I suppose it was good value overall.

  Wonderful apartment in a great location

  Liked: Apartment is very convenient to the town, train station, bus station and the Ritten cable car. It had all the amenities for a great stay including a great supermarket next door.

  This apartment is a great place for a stay in Bolzano

  Liked: Everything that I needed was there, plus extras, like cooking condiments, though I didn't do any cooking. Tea and coffee were provided. The bed was very comfortable bed and plenty of towels were supplied. I loved the apartment and would recommend it for a stay bin Bolzano. Sylvia was a great host, responding to my questions.

  Disliked: The lift wasn't working so I had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs to the first floor. The location was about 15 mins walk from the main centre so I walked it a few times as the bus service was not very frequent or reliable. I realise the host can't do anything about this! However, it was not far from the cable car which I recommend using for a beautiful scenic ride.

  Perfect base for 7 days in Dolomites

  Liked: Loved everything about our stay. Easy communication, well set up and very clean. Bonus for airconditioning, just to take the edge off on hot nights. Very generous supply of coffee and tea and some condiments. Equipped with numerous appliances to make coffee, toaster and kettle, which is not that common when we travel. Extra bonus for getting the Sued Tirol guest card which given us free access to public buses in the region and some cable cars which we made use of. Would highly recommend staying here!
