  Liked: Compact, comfy and great for our 1 night in Bolzano

  Disliked: I didn't self check in (my fault) and then struggled to get in the building. Owner was very responsive with instructions and videos and we managed to resolve

  Disliked: Check in through app is confusing, app to open door didn't always work so it was challenging to get back into the appartment.

  Liked: 1. The apartment was very clean. 2. The view was nice.

  Disliked: 1. The host asked us to use a third-party app to enter our credentials such as passport number and also with photos. We didn't of course know or trust this third-party app. And the host didn't provide an alternative solution. 2. The instructions to enter the apartment were inadequate. It was mentioned that there is a keypad, password etc. But these are on the apartment door itself, and no instructions on how to enter the building itself was provided. We had to rung a random bell to get us in. 3. When we couldn't get into the apartment, we texted and called the host. But it took more than 2 hours to get a respond. 4. The room was incredibly hot and humid, and the airconditioner was very loud.

  An entirely stressful situation

  Disliked: They took our booking and then stopped responding. Even after reaching our multiple times and contacting support they continued to ignore messages. Whoever manages bookings is extremely unhelpful.
